Composition of the common rail test bench

The basic structure of the test bench includes: control system, pressure detection system, test bench, console and data acquisition system.

Among them, the control system and pressure detection system are the core components of the test bench, responsible for the control, stability and detection of injection volume. The test bench and console are the operating and control components, while the data acquisition system is used to record and analyze the test results.

The control system is generally composed of a high-pressure pump, a pressure regulating valve and an injector driver. The high-pressure pump mainly provides high-pressure oil, generally between 1600 and 2500 bar.

The pressure regulating valve is used to adjust the pressure of the high-pressure oil to maintain a stable and consistent injection volume.

The injector driver is mainly used to control the oscillation frequency and amplitude of the injector to adjust the amount and timing of the injection. It is generally controlled by a computer and can be tested under different conditions through pre-set programs.

The pressure detection system is one of the most important parts of the test bench, which is used to determine the high-pressure oil pressure, stability and leakage of the injector. It generally includes a pressure sensor, a pressure computer and a high-pressure oil pipe.

The pressure sensor is mainly used to measure the pressure of the injector. Generally, a high-sensitivity and high-reliability sensor is selected to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measurement.

The high-pressure oil pipe is a connecting component between the injector and the pressure sensor, which is used to introduce high-pressure oil and convert pressure signals. It generally uses high-pressure strength and high-quality materials, such as stainless steel, to ensure the reliability and safety of the system.

The data acquisition system is the last component of the common rail test bench, which is responsible for recording and analyzing the test results. It is generally composed of a voltmeter, a flow meter, and a control computer. It can achieve high-speed, high-precision and real-time data acquisition, as well as data analysis and visualization processing functions.
