The high-pressure oil pipe is a connecting component between the injector and the pressure sensor, which is used to introduce high-pressure oil and convert pressure signals. The data acquisition system is the last component of the common rail test bench, which is responsible for recording and analyzing the test results. It is generally composed of a voltmeter, a flow meter, and a control computer. It can achieve high-speed, high-precision and real-time data acquisition, as well as data analysis and visualization processing functions.
