EPS205-Pro can automatically test the precise oil quantity of high-pressure common rail injector in each working condition. And it can automatically generate high-pressure common rail injector fuel injection compensation correction codes (QR, IMA, C3i, etc.). It can detect the resistance and inductance of the solenoid valve of the high pressure common rail injector and has injection response time test function for high pressure common rail injector. This machine has one-button high-pressure cleaning function of high-pressure common rail injector and support intelligent online upgrade and remote assistance. High-precision oil volume measurement system is also matched on this machine, including high-precision gear flow meter, stainless steel test pipeline, and three-stage filtration of the measurement oil circuit. The operating host of the equipment stores more than 4000 standard data of electronically controlled high-pressure common rail injectors.

For this new machine, we independently research and develop of a new electronically controlled high-pressure common rail injector control system (with remote control service, free upgrade, WIFI connection, etc.) and high stability control board. The machine is equipped with a new high-pressure common rail injector installation fixture, which is suitable for clamping various types of electronically controlled common rail injectors, and connecting special wiring harnesses and special connectors for fuel supply and oil return connections of the injectors. DRV high-pressure regulator valve oil return two-stage forced heat dissipation system is also equipped. This machine has accurate rail pressure acquisition system, Bosch pressure sensor and Bosch rail tube and precise rail pressure control system, Bosch high pressure proportional valve (PCV valve). It also is equipped with the waste oil tank: collect the waste oil on the countertop and the flushing waste oil of the injector. The main measuring pipeline is connected by industrial 304 stainless steel pipe.
